Wild about saving animals from cruelty
Animal Defenders International campaigns to stop cruelty to animals for entertainment and in experiments; it investigates, exposes and launches rescues both in this country and around the world. And we help their cause by producing a range of hard hitting DM, leaflets and advertsing both to raise funds and publicise cruelty. For example, we've campaigned successfully against wild animals being used in circuses, so in 2006 there are virtually none left in the UK. We've helped raise funds for animal rescues and, in one, Toto the chimp was freed after 25 years in captivity in South America and returned to Africa. We give animals a powerful voice, and people listen.
