How long does it take to change 100 years of history? Well, just 6 months if it's done right.

Stroud & Swindon needed a full re-brand and by using qualitative and quantitative research we were able to highlight some of the issues facing the Society. Once identified, these were utilised to develop a new look and feel that was carried through their literature, POS, advertising, office design and website.

Having delivered a dramatic and effective change in both style and marketing format we are now currently mining the Society's data to begin profiling and segmenting the results. We will then use this information to fuel a large scale communication plan to continue delivering high levels of retention and acquisition ensuring that this is one Building Society that's going to keep on building.
