Colin Spencer
Colin has over twenty years experience in the advertising industry with Saatchi & Saatchi and Target. He is a CIMA qualified accountant who joined Target as Financial Director in 1994 and took over as Chief Executive in 2006. Colin is responsible for the overall management of the business.
