Target's PR team collected gold and silver awards at the 2006/7 West of England CIPR Pride on Friday 2 February, maintaining their run of awards for every year since the PR division began in 1996.

‘Switch off at Lunchtime' encouraged office workers to take a break during their lunch hour, turn off office equipment and use more of their own energy outside by taking part in a series of city centre spacehopper races. The campaign delivered energy efficiency messages from Powergen to hard to reach small business workers, achieving high impact media coverage in the 10 cities targeted.
