Since The Target Marketing Group began as an advertising agency in Cheltenham in 1977, marketing communications have changed almost beyond recognition.
What matters most is thinking clearly about who clients need to influence; creating empathy, excitement, anticipation or understanding; and in doing so, building reputation and generating a response.
Target believes PR is best placed to lead this approach, and in 2011 we simplified our business. Today, we describe ourselves as a PR-led business.
