As part of their PR strategy, Addis was looking to raise its profile while simultaneously cementing the brand as an expert in the industry, specifically focusing on cleaning, laundry & storage products.
Target scoped out their existing press office functions and social media activity, helping to devise and deliver a more strategic approach, focusing on key consumer and trade media, while also finessing their social media platforms. This included introducing regular competitions, connecting with industry influencers, and starting to roll out the #AskAddis campaign, which has positioned the brand as an expert in all things housewares related, increasing their following significantly.
As well as having a large digital presence, we also supported the brand in their annual trade and consumer exhibitions, award nominations and monthly newsletter creation.
