We’re looking for a confident and ambitious Account Manager to join our growing Cheltenham team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around five years’ agency experience who is ready to take ownership of client relationships, lead campaigns with confidence and play an important role in developing both our clients and our team.

Working across both consumer and business-to-business clients, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of accounts, providing strategic counsel, delivering integrated campaigns, and helping clients achieve meaningful results. The role also requires experience in creating, implementing and evaluating social media content.

Alongside delivering exceptional client work, you’ll help identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, contribute to new business activity and play an active role within the agency. You’ll also support and mentor more junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping others continue to develop.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of five years’ PR agency experience
  • Is confident leading client relationships and managing multiple accounts
  • Is a strong written and verbal communicator
  • Thinks strategically and enjoys finding creative solutions
  • Is proactive, organised and collaborative
  • Enjoys building relationships with clients, media and colleagues
  • Has strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Is keen to mentor others, continue developing themselves and contribute ideas that help our clients and agency grow

This is a full-time position, based in our office in Cheltenham with the option of working remotely for part of the week.
