With over 25 years agency experience, Colin heads up Team Target.

As a CIMA qualified accountant with more than 25 years’ agency experience, Colin handles the company’s financial and legal matters, overseeing Target through its evolution.
Janet Spencer, Target

Janet Spencer

Janet is a director for Target and brings extensive agency experience with her.

Janet brings her background in accountancy and passionate support for Target to her dual role as Director and Finance Manager. With a career that encompasses creative agencies and manufacturers, Janet’s analytical skills and positive energy brings valuable insight to the Board.
Bethan Simkins, Target
Associate Director

Bethan Simkins

As Associate Director, Bethan uses her experience to support the team and provide senior communications counsel to clients.

Part of the Target team since 2007, Bethan plays a fundamental role in developing our client portfolio and supporting the team. With a focus on strategic planning, she’s also passionate about delivering creative PR campaigns that achieve great results for clients.
Luan Wise, Social Media Consultant

Luan Wise

Luan works closely with our team to provide expert strategic advice and direction on social media activity.

Luan is a leading social media expert and keeps us up-to-date with the ever-changing features and trends on each platform. She also works directly with LinkedIn to create training programmes for its online learning platform and is an accredited lead trainer for Meta.
Sam Kandiyali, Target
Managing Director

Sam Kandiyali

As managing director, Sam leads the team and provides strategic client counsel.

After graduating from a degree in PR, Sam worked as a press officer with Sheffield City Council before enjoying a stint in journalism. She joined Target in 1999, and now as MD splits her time between driving the development of the agency, leading the team and providing senior counsel to Target’s wide variety of clients.
Beverly Ryder-Jones, Target
Office Manager

Beverley Ryder-Jones

As Target’s Office Manager, Bev is the font of all knowledge and keeps the team on track with her outstanding project management skills.

Bev’s abundant experience working in creative agencies means she manages the daily working life of Target seamlessly and provides invaluable organisational support to the team. She also leads our charity fundraising activities which have included hitching a ride to France for free, serving bacon rolls to local businesses, and organising our annual Golf Day.
Laura Wilson
Account Director

Laura Wilson

As Account Director at Target, Laura works across a mix of consumer and B2B clients. She loves planning, implementing and bringing campaigns to life.

Laura joined the Target team in 2021. With a degree in Public Relations she brings a broad spectrum of experience gained across agency, in-house and consultancy roles in London. Over her career she has garnered extensive media relations, press office and events management skills working with clients spanning the FMCG, lifestyle and events industries.
Isabella Goodwin

Isabella Goodwin

Isabella graduated with a degree in Journalism and supports with team with media relations and content creation.

Since joining the team in 2022, Isabella uses her creative skills to plan and produce content for our broad portfolio of clients.

Lucy Smillie

Originally from New Zealand, Lucy graduated university with a degree in Public Relations in 2023.

Lucy joined Target as an Account Executive and supports the team on a range of clients, building relationships with media and creating social media content.

Rachel Meagher

Leading our business development activity, Rachel builds connections with businesses, brands and non-profits to showcase the benefits of purposeful communications.

Rachel has spent two decades leading communications activity for all types of organisations. As Director, she has responsibility for driving business development and raising the profile of Target and our services to benefit new and existing clients.
Hannah Tinsley, Target
Account Manager

Hannah Tinsley

Hannah graduated with a degree in Magazine Journalism and Production in 2019 and uses her experience to create content for clients.

Hannah joined Team Target in 2019 following the completion of her degree in Magazine Journalism and Production. Having worked across design and editorial throughout her time at university, she feels most at home creating content for clients.

Account Executive

Amy Townend

As Account Executive, Amy works across a diverse range of client accounts, supporting with everything from press cuttings to content creation.

Since joining the team in 2021, Amy has discovered a passion for creative writing which has led to some fantastic media coverage. She also uses her flair for art and design to create engaging social media content for clients.

Abbie Wood

Abbie graduated with a Masters in PR, Communications and the Media in 2023 and uses her knowledge to support the team across a variety of clients.

As Account Executive, Abbie works across a number of clients, focusing on copywriting and content creation. Having joined the team in 2023, she has gained invaluable experience and has developed her skills, supporting with both media relations and social media for clients.
