As a CIMA qualified accountant with more than 25 years’ agency experience, Colin handles the company’s financial and legal matters, overseeing Target through its evolution.

Janet Spencer

Janet is a director for Target and brings extensive agency experience with her.

Janet brings her background in accountancy and passionate support for Target to her dual role as Director and Finance Manager. With a career that encompasses creative agencies and manufacturers, Janet’s analytical skills and positive energy brings valuable insight to the Board.
Bethan Simkins, Target
Account Director

Bethan Simkins

As Account Director, Bethan's experience is very much focused around media relations and the importance of building relationships.

Part of the Target team since 2007, Bethan is a key player in building the Target portfolio. As the PR and communications landscape has changed, so has her skill set. While copywriting is still a prominent feature, strategic planning, the delivery of creative campaigns both in print and online and managing social media content also help to deliver results for clients.

Megan Sneade

Learning about PR and communications in an academic environment, Meg is keen to get stuck into the industry working at Target.

With a masters in communications, the media and PR under her belt, alongside a degree in Magazine Journalism, Meg is a passionate learner of the industry. Being a part of team Target since summer 2019, Meg has a keen eye for visual communications and graphic design.
Sarah Bryars, Target
Chief Executive

Sarah Bryars

Target’s Chief Executive since 2011, Sarah splits her time between supporting the continued development of the agency, and providing valued input to clients.

Sarah combines almost 30 years of PR and communications experience with the insight that comes from being part of Target’s leadership team (and achieving an MBA to boot), to provide trusted counsel to our clients. Within the last couple of years alone, Sarah’s client portfolio has included professional services, online fashion retail, tech and engineering innovators, not-for-profits, membership organisations and ecclesiastical services.
Beverly Ryder-Jones, Target
Office Manager

Beverley Ryder-Jones

As Target’s Office Manager, Bev is the font of all knowledge and keeps the team on track with her outstanding project management skills.

Bev’s abundant experience working in creative agencies means she manages the daily working life of Target seamlessly and provides invaluable organisational support to the team. She also leads our charity fundraising activities which have included hitching a ride to France for free, serving bacon rolls to local businesses, and organising our annual Golf Day.
Hannah Tinsley, Target

Hannah Tinsley

Hannah graduated with a degree in Magazine Journalism and Production in 2019 and uses her experience to create content for clients.

Hannah joined Team Target in 2019 following the completion of her degree in Magazine Journalism and Production. Having worked across design and editorial throughout her time at university, she feels most at home creating content for clients.

Sam Kandiyali

Sam is a director at Target and specialises in consumer PR.

Having studied for a degree in public relations, Sam did a stint in journalism before joining the team in 1999. Over the years she’s worked with a range of clients across various sectors, but specialises in consumer PR.

Rachel Meagher

Rachel leads activity for many of Target’s B2B clients, delivering PR campaigns that help them stand out from the crowd.

Rachel’s infectious passion for leading many of Target’s B2B clients has helped her build invaluable long-lasting media relationships. Working with all types of organisations from innovative market leaders, to trusted industry bodies and emerging disruptors, Rachel delivers award-winning PR campaigns that make clients stand out from the crowd and get the right message to the right people, at the right time.
Sarah Markulevicius, Target
Account Manager

Sarah Markulevicius

As a Target Account Manager, Sarah works across consumer and B2B clients bringing a passion for creative campaigns and engaging communications.

Since joining the Target team in 2018, Sarah has put her creative skills to use for everyone from an online second-hand fashion brand to emerging plumbing technologies and plastic packaging manufacturers. Her background in marketing and visual communications means she’s really enthusiastic about great words and great imagery working together. While responding to recent challenges has also ignited a spark for internal communications and helping clients authentically live their brand.
